Oracle Migration Training Solutions (OMTS) will comply with relevant Commonwealth, State/ Territory legislation and regulatory requirements in relation to Australian consumer law and consumer rights in dealing with complaints received from clients.

Written complaints can be made through the ‘Contact Us’ tab on this website or via email to info@oraclemts.com.au.

All complaints received will be acknowledged by close of business on the next working day. A formal response will be provided within 7 working days.

If you believe OMTS has not addressed a complaint relating to a CPD activity appropriately, you may choose to escalate the matter to OMARA. Please use the link below for further information on making a complaint to OMARA:

- Cancellation and Refunds Policy -

Oracle Migration Training Solutions (OMTS) will comply with relevant Commonwealth, State/ Territory legislation and regulatory requirements in relation to Australian consumer law and consumer rights in dealing with clients in regard to cancellation of registration, rescheduling and refund of fees collected.

Cancellation/ rescheduling of OMTS

If OMTS cancels a scheduled activity, the full fee paid by a client will be refunded.

If OMTS reschedules an activity, registered clients will be given the option to remain registered for the rescheduled offering, or to seek a refund. Where a refund is sought, the full fee paid will be refunded.

Client withdrawal

On-line webinar/ workshop or seminar

Where a request to withdraw is received by OMTS at least 3 business days prior to the CPD activity registered for, the fee paid will be refunded in full.

Where a request to withdraw is received by OMTS after 3 business days but at least 1 business day before the CPD activity registered for, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded.

Where the client has not advised OMTS of withdrawal at least 1 business day before the CPD activity registered for and does not participate in the activity, they will not be eligible to a refund.

Where OMTS has scheduled offerings of the same CPD activity for later dates, clients may opt to reschedule participation to a later offering. Rescheduling will be permitted free of charge, provided the request to reschedule is received at least 1 business day before the date of the activity the client was registered for.  A client will be permitted to reschedule only once in relation to a specific activity.

Face to face workshop

If the activity is a face-to-face workshop and a request to withdraw is received by OMTS at least 3 business days prior to the CPD activity registered for, the fee paid will be refunded in full.

Where a request to withdraw is received by OMTS after 3 business days but at least 1 business day before the scheduled workshop, the fee paid, less the lower of 50% of the fee or $100, will be refunded.

Where OMTS has offerings of the same workshop for later dates, clients may opt to reschedule participation to a later offering. Rescheduling will be permitted free of charge, provided the request to reschedule is received at least 3 business days before the date of the activity the client was registered for.  A client will be permitted to reschedule only once in relation to a specific workshop.

Where the client has not advised OMTS of withdrawal at least 1 business day before the scheduled workshop and does not participate in the workshop, they will not be eligible to a refund.

OMTS reserves the right to consider requests for rescheduling and refunds outside the circumstances above, on a case-by-case basis.

- Privacy Policy -

Oracle Migration Training Solutions (OMTS) will comply with relevant Commonwealth, State/ Territory legislation and regulatory requirements in relation to privacy in its dealing with all stakeholders. 

OMTS uses a facility on this website, to provide information on CPD activities offered and facilitate registration/ payment for participation.

Personal information collected as part of the registration process is limited to that listed for the agent in the Register of Migration Agents.

Reporting obligations require maintenance of course participation information and feedback provided by the participants, for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the program. This information has little if any privacy implications. 

Payment related processes are managed through a financial services provider and related information (such as credit card details) never enter the OMTS systems environment.

Comments – When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media – If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies – If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with and how long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
