1. Go to ‘Services’ and select the title of the activity you are interested in (blue text). This will take you to the page outlining the details of the activity.

2. Click on the blue tab ‘Get Access Now’ and you will be directed to the cart/ check out.

3. Once you purchase an activity, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed.

4. You will subsequently receive a second email confirming your order, and containing a link prompting you to register in advance for the activity.

5. If you click on that link, you will be taken to a registration page, where you will be prompted to put in details like your name, MARN and email address.

6. Once you provide this information, you will receive an automated email from ZOOM, containing a link that you can use to join the webinar/ seminar/workshop (the activity) via ZOOM.

The advantage of registering in advance, is that you will receive 2 reminder emails from ZOOM, containing links to join the activity: the first 24 hours and second 60 minutes, before the event. You can use the ‘join’ link in any of the 3 emails from ZOOM, to join the event.

If you do not register for the activity in advance, you may access the ZOOM link to join the webinar/workshop as follows:

1. Go to our website www.oraclemts.com.au

2. Select ‘My Account’

3. Type in your username and password.

– Your username is your email address.

– If you have forgotten the password, click on the link Lost your password? and you will receive an email allowing you to reset the password.

4. Once you have logged in, go to ‘Services’ , where all upcoming CPD activities will be listed. Click on the title of the activity you would like to attend (blue text link). This will take you to the next page detailing the activity information.

5. Click on the blue tab ‘Join in URL’ – you will be directed to the registration page and will be prompted to type in your details (Name, email address, MARN) before being connected to the webinar.

Alternatively

Click on the blue tab ‘Join in Browser’, click on ‘Register’ and you will be directed to the registration page as detailed above.

4. Once you have logged in, you can view your purchase history under ‘Orders,’ update your billing details under ‘Address’ and access your upcoming CPD activities either via ‘Orders’ tab or ‘Services’.

Your username will be the email you used to purchase the activity.

An automated email containing details on how to access the online CPD activity is only triggered once you have registered with ZOOM for the CPD activity. You have not yet received communication on how to access your online CPD activity because you have not yet registered for the activity.

There are two ways to register:

1. Go to the ‘Confirmation of order and registration information’ email you would have received after purchasing the activity. This email contains a link to ‘Register in advance for this webinar’. Click on the link and complete the online registration form. You will then receive an automated email containing the zoom link.

2. Register via ‘My Account’ on the OMTS website:

– Select ‘My Account’

– Type in your username and password.

• Your username is your email address.

• If you have forgotten the password, click on the link Lost your password? and you will receive an email allowing you to reset the password.

– Once you have logged in, go to ‘Services’ where all upcoming CPD activities are listed. Click on the title of the activity you would like to attend (blue text link). This will take you to the next page detailing the activity information.

– Click on the blue tab ‘Join in URL’ – you will be directed to the registration page and will be prompted to type in your details (Name, email address, MARN) before being connected to the webinar.

If you have already registered, the link should connect you straight to the webinar in progress.

Registering for each online CPD activity allows us to track your attendance for CPD reporting purposes. Zoom reporting is used after each session to determine which participants attended and whether they qualify for CPD points (attended the full session and have provided their MARN number).
